• Design Data: Gerber files, Centroid (XY) data, and Bills of Materials (BOM).
• Account Information: Name, company, email, and shipping address.
• Payment Data: Payment processing is handled via secure, third-party encrypted gateways. We do not store full credit card numbers on our servers.

2. How We Use Your Files

Your design files are used strictly for the fulfillment of your project. Because our process is fully automated, human exposure to your design files is minimized. We do not share, sell, or distribute your design data to third parties, except for authorized component vendors and shipping partners strictly as needed to complete your order.

3. Data Retention

We retain your design files to facilitate easy re-ordering. However, you may request the permanent deletion of your design data from our servers at any time by contacting our support team. Once an order is purged, we will no longer be able to manufacture that specific revision without a fresh upload.

4. Non-Disclosure (NDA)

For many customers, our standard Terms of Service and Privacy Policy provide sufficient protection. However, we recognize that some projects require formal Non-Disclosure Agreements. We are happy to review and sign reasonable NDAs for high-volume or sensitive projects.

5. Cookies and Analytics

We do not use any third-party tracking scripts such as Google or Facebook Analytics. Our website uses only essential cookies necessary to maintain your secure session and ensure the reliable functionality of our website. To improve site performance, we collect limited, anonymized technical data to analyze general traffic patterns. We do not use cookies for behavioral tracking, advertising, or sharing data with any third parties.

As a Kentucky-based LLC, we comply with all applicable state and federal privacy regulations. We maintain physical and electronic safeguards at our Lexington facility to protect against unauthorized access to our local network.
